摘要

Abstract

The main function of the grounding network in a substation is to provide a channel for the flow of fault currents.A sound grounding network is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the power system and the safety of equipment and personnel in the substation.The author uses the interna-tionally renowned power system grounding analysis software CDEGS to study the safety parameters of the grounding network of a 110 kV substation with seasonal frozen soil.It analyzes the changes in safety per-formance parameters such as grounding resistance,ground potential rise,and shunt coefficient of the grounding network under soil freezing conditions,aiming to achieve a multi index evaluation and analysis of the safety and optimization measures of the grounding network of substations with seasonal frozen soil.The research results indicate that when the frozen layer increases below the buried depth of the grounding grid,the grounding resistance,shunt coefficient,and contact and step voltage of the grounding grid will gradually increase.At this time,the comprehensive impact of grounding fault current,grounding resist-ance,and shunt coefficient on its ground potential rise should be considered to choose reasonable resist-ance reduction measures or layout plans.
