Abstract
Aiming at the dry material imbalance caused by fluctuations in moisture content and particle re-finement of recycled slurry during the electroceramic slurry proportioning process,the author proposes a continuous dynamic regulation method based on dry material quality.By constructing a PLC-based closed-loop control system,the density(accuracy±0.01 g/cm3)and flow rate(accuracy±0.5%)of raw slurry and recycled slurry are acquired in real time.Using a dynamic adjustment algorithm,the delivery volume of diaphragm pumps is controlled to achieve precise regulation of the dry material mass ratio.Industrial experiments demonstrate that,compared with traditional time-based ratio methods,the drying cracking rate of green bodies decreases from 4.8%to 2.8%,and the fluctuation range of propor-tioning accuracy is compressed from±8%to±2%.The method has been successfully applied to high-voltage insulator electroceramic production lines,providing a possible solution for automated slurry pro-portioning in the electroceramic industry.关键词
