Abstract

The wireless power and signal transfer system can achieve signal transmission between the primary and secondary sides without additional communication modules,thereby avoiding interference with the resonance state of power.This paper proposes a double-decoupled signal coil.This signal coil and the power magnetic coupling mechanism are decoupled,and the same side signal transmitting and receiving coils are also decoupled.Thus,the interference between the power channel and the signal channel is eliminated.In addition,this paper proposes a signal channel topology based on a dual resonant circuit to achieve a full duplex communication mode. At a particular transmission frequency in one direction,the receiving and transmitting sides in the other direction are in a high impedance state to isolate crosstalk in bidirectional signal transmission.This paper first establishes a magnetic field model of a dual decoupling signal coil based on finite element simulation.The magnetic field distribution characteristics of the power magnetic coupling mechanism and the signal coil are analyzed,as well as the signal transmission and reception coils.A coil optimization method is proposed to improve signal transmission performance.Then,based on the dual decoupling signal coil and power magnetic coupling mechanism,a wireless power and full duplex signal synchronous transmission topology is proposed.In response to the crosstalk problem of signal channels in full duplex mode,the impedance of signal channels based on dual resonant circuits was analyzed,and the gain characteristics of forward and reverse signal transmission were studied.A method for setting signal channel parameters was obtained to reduce crosstalk in full duplex mode.Finally,a wireless power and signal transmission experimental platform was established.The experimental results show that the proposed dual decoupling signal coil achieves wireless power and signal transmission without interference with the power magnetic coupling mechanism.The proposed full duplex signal topology can achieve bidirectional signal communication at 120 kbit/s under the 175 W power condition,which can meet most serial port signal communication needs.
