Abstract
Parks are the core units of urban energy consumption and carbon emission,and the transition of their energy systems to zero-carbon has become an inevitable trend.This paper reviews the development history,policy frameworks,and typical practices of zero-carbon parks both domestically and internationally,clarifies the definition,accounting methods,and common technical measures of zero-carbon parks,and proposes three configuration strategies based on energy supply-demand coordination:demand-side priority,supply-side priority,and supply-demand balance.We selected a park in a cold region as a case study to conduct simulation analyses of building energy consumption and energy systems,and quantitatively evaluate building energy intensity,renewable energy contribution rates,and carbon reduction potential under different strategies.The results show that the demand-side priority strategy reduces the overall energy consumption of the case park by approximately 47%,with annual photovoltaic power generation reaching 10.99 million kWh;the supply-side priority strategy reduces heating and cooling energy consumption by about 70%,with annual photovoltaic power generation reaching 12.89 million kWh;and the supply-demand balance strategy reduces the park's overall energy consumption by approximately 59%,with annual photovoltaic power generation reaching 11.63 million kWh.This paper develops a method for the optimal configuration of energy systems in zero-carbon parks,providing support for the large-scale promotion of zero-carbon parks.关键词
