Research and Application of Key Technologies for Urban Territorial Spatial Monitoring and Statistical Analysis

Abstract
To support territorial spatial governance tasks such as urban construction land refinement,territorial spatial planning formulation and implementation supervision,urban health assessment,and land-use regulation,cities across China have successively initiated urban territorial spa-tial monitoring since 2022.We studied the key technological advancements including the customized development of field survey modules,the establishment and calculation of municipal-level statistical analysis indicator systems,and implemented the research outcomes in Xiaogan City's 2022 urban territorial spatial monitoring and statistical analysis processes,demonstrating significant improvements in monitoring efficiency,data accuracy,and result utilization.Through multi-dimensional evaluation covering urban spatial resources,livability,public services,safety resil-ience,and transportation accessibility,we systematically analyzed Xiaogan urban territorial spatial monitoring data to identify critical issues in ur-ban spatial planning and governance,which could provide both scientific foundations and practical references for enhancing modernization capa-bilities in urban territorial spatial governance.关键词
