Efficacy of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL Reconstruction Technique Combined with Lung Cancer Autoantibody Detection in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Pulmonary Nodules

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of 18F-(deoxyglucose)FDG PET/CT Bayesian regularization likelihood(BPL)reconstruction technique combined with autoantibody detection of lung cancer in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant isolated pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods:A total of 129 patients with SPN treated in our hospital from February 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technology and autoantibody detection.The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard for diagnosis.To analyze the application value of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technique combined with lung cancer autoantibody detection in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Results:The values of SUVmax,SUVmean,SBR,SUVSD and SNR in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).The values of p53,PGP9.5,SOX2,GAGE7,GBU4-5,MAGEA1 and CAGE in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).Using pathological results as the diagnostic gold standard,it was found that the diagnostic efficacy of combined 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction and autoantibody in SPN was significantly higher than that of single detection,with a sensitivity of 89.02%,a specificity of 82.98%,and an accuracy of 86.82%.Conclusion:The combined application of 18F-FDG PET/CT BPL reconstruction technique;and autoantibody detection of lung cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis compared with single detection,suggesting the feasibility and superiority of the combined application of the two in clinical practice,and can provide more comprehensive and accurate information for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant SPN.It is helpful to develop a more reasonable and effective treatment strategy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
