广泛期小细胞肺癌胸部放疗的研究进展
Research progress on thoracic radiotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a highly aggressive pulmonary malignancy,and the majority of pa-tients present with disseminated disease at the time of diagnosis.Currently,immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy is the first-line treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer(ES-SCLC),yet patient prognosis remains subop-timal.Intrathoracic disease progression is one of the major factors limiting long-term survival.In recent years,thoracic radiotherapy has emerged as a promising treatment option for SCLC.This article reviews recent advances in thoracic radio-therapy for patients with ES-SCLC.关键词
