摘要

Abstract

Epoxy resin is an insulating material with excellent performance and wide application,but it must be cured to play a role,and the traditional curing method is inefficient and energy consuming.Using microwave irradiation for insulation with epoxy resin system curing research,through the material system temperature change to explore the curing process,the use of curing degree,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,micro-morphology,mechanical properties,electrical properties and other means of analytical characterization of the product properties and curing products with the traditional way of curing products were compared.The results show that,without changing the material system,microwave curing can shorten the curing time by more than 95%and improve the degree of curing by 3%,microwave curing and thermal curing products with the same chemical structure and better thermal stability,electrical properties close to the tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength increased by 4%,3.8%,6%,respectively,microwave curing products in the microstructure appears to be more homogeneous and densification.Microwave curing technology provides an innovative path for the efficient preparation of epoxy resin coatings for insulation.Subsequent research should focus on the analysis of multi physical field coupling mechanisms and the development of intelligent equipment to accelerate its industrialization process.
