Abstract
Aiming at the problems of insufficient real-time performance and high misjudgment rate in traditional elevator door system fault diagnosis methods,an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on multi-source data fusion is proposed.This method integrates multi-source data such as acceleration,velocity,and displacement,and compares the real-time operation curves(displacement,velocity,acceleration)of the door body with the standard operation curves to achieve accurate diagnosis and early warning of faults such as prolonged operation time and shortened travel distance.Experimental results show that compared with the traditional video analysis method,the comprehensive accuracy and overall recall rate of this method are increased by 34.15%and 24.23%,respectively,and the average single fault diagnosis time is reduced by about 2,050 ms.This provides a reliable and efficient technical path for transforming elevator door system maintenance from passive repair to active predictive maintenance.关键词
