Abstract
Aiming at the complex electromagnetic interference problems faced by automated gold jewelry warehouses in metallic environments,an RFID Chamber inventory system is designed.This system achieves rapid bin positioning and RFID tag data collection through the synergistic optimization of a rotating platform and a hexahedral antenna layout,combined with the motion control of an FX5U PLC and the Modbus TCP communication protocol.The RFID Reader master controller software feeds the detection results back to the Warehouse Management System in real-time,enabling dynamic updates of inventory data and anomaly alerts.Actual test results show that the system achieves a single-pass RFID tag data read accuracy rate of 99.99%and can process 1,380 bins per hour,providing a reliable solution for the automated management of precious metal storage.关键词
