摘要

Abstract

The reaction activities of polyether-modified organosilicon under different reaction conditions with Karstedt's and Speier's two types of catalysts were investigated.Considering the three factors of reaction temperature,catalyst concentration and reactant ratio,the superior catalytic effect of Karstedt indicates that it is a preferable catalyst choice.Additionally,the silicon-hydrogen addition products catalyzed by Karstedt present a colorless and transparent state,which also broadens its application scenarios in some products with strict color requirements.However,when the reaction temperature is relatively high,Speier's catalyst should be considered.The use of Karstedt's catalyst at higher temperatures may destroy its molecular structure,affect the catalytic effect and possibly cause other interferences to the system.The specific mechanism still needs to be explored and summarized in the future.
