Abstract
Medium-release silicone-coated paper maintains a long-term stable release force of 10～20 g/25 mm.In this study,80 g/m2 glassine paper was used as the base paper and coated with both solvent-based and solvent-free silicone systems to produce medium-release paper.After curing in an oven,the effects of heavy release agent dosage,silicone coating weight,and oven temperature on the performance of the medium-release paper were investigated.The results showed that when using solvent-free silicone with a heavy release agent dosage of 25％,a coating weight of 1.3 g/m²,and an oven temperature of 170℃,the release force remained stable and the residual adhesion rate was high.关键词
