Abstract
This review briefly introduces the current status of the aquaculture industry and the limitations of traditional pathogenic bacteria detection methods,and introduces the research hotspot of lateral flow assay(LFA)technology.It provides a detailed review of the direct(targeting whole bacteria,including antibody-mediated,antibody surrogate-mediated,and label-free detection)and indirect(targeting nucleic acids/metabolites)strategies for LFA detection of aquatic pathogens over the past five years,analyzing technological innovations and application bottlenecks.The review emphasizes the detection principles,cases,and performance of different strategies,serving as a reference for precise prevention and control of aquatic diseases.Finally,it discusses the future development directions of LFA technology in optimizing nanomaterial,promoting standardization,and expanding applications,contributing to the development of aquatic food safety.关键词
