肿节风天然活性成分抗炎作用研究进展
Research progress on the anti-inflammatory effects of natural active ingredients of Sarcandra glabra
摘要
Abstract
Sarcandra glabra is a traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation to remove ecchymoses,and dispelling wind to dredge collaterals.It is clini-cally used in the adjuvant treatment of pneumonia,appendicitis and various cancers.The active anti-inflammatory ingredients have been reported to include coumarin,phenolic acids,flavonoids,lignans,terpenoids and polysac-charides.In this review,we summarize the research progress on the anti-inflammatory effects of Sarcandra gla-bra over the past 15 years(2010-present),with a focus on its anti-inflammatory constituents,so as to provide a reference for the future research and development of Sarcandra glabra.关键词
