Abstract
Promoting high-quality and adequate employment for university graduates is the new positioning and mission of employment work in the new era and new journey.With the in-depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,accelerating the development of new quality productivity has become the primary task for promoting the rapid development of society.Based on the background of new quality productivity,strategies such as accurately matching market demand,adhering to policy guidance,continuously strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,reforming talent training models,adjusting curriculum systems,developing training courses,promoting the systematization of employment guidance services and establishing employment information platforms are proposed.These strategies explore multiple dimensions to promote high-quality and adequate employment for university graduates,helping students achieve high-quality employment and promoting high-quality economic and social development.关键词
