基于NTA络合沉淀法的纳米BaSO4制备工艺研究
Study on the preparation process of nano-BaSO4 based on NTA complex precipitation method

Abstract
Since the ion precipitation reaction of Ba2+and SO42-is fast and the process conditions are difficult to control,the effective control of the content of free SO42-and Ba2+in the system is the key to realize the controlled synthesis of nano-BaSO4.At the same time,the pH of the system suitable for the complexation precipitation method is 8-10,while the barium sulfide brine contains a large amount of S2-.Adding acid to adjust the pH of the solution will produce toxic gas H2S,which increases the complexity of the preparation process of nano-BaSO4.In view of the above problems,in this paper,the barium sulfide brine obtained by water leaching of barium sulfide black ash was used as barium source and Na2SO4 as precipitant,and the screening of complexing agent and optimization of process conditions were carried out.Taking the average particle size of the prepared nano-BaSO4 as the investigation index,the suitable complexing agent was selected and determined to be sodium triacetate(NTA),and the addition amount of complexing agent was n(NTA)∶n(Ba2+)=1∶1.The suitable complexation reaction temperature was 45℃,the complexation reaction time was 70 min,the complexation reaction stirring rate was 900 r/min,the precipitation reac-tion temperature was 65℃,the precipitation reaction time was 90 min,and the precipitation reaction stirring rate was 900 r/min.The sample prepared under this condition is pure phase orthorhombic nano-BaSO4,the average particle size is about 42.3 nm,and the particle size distribution is uniform.The mechanism of complexing agent NTA is to stabi-lize the formation of complex(Ba2+-NTA),greatly reduce the concentration of free Ba2+and the reaction rate of ion precipitation in the reaction system,and facilitate the controlled synthesis of nano-BaSO4.The adsorption of NTA on the surface of BaSO4 particles effectively prevents further agglomeration between particles,which is conducive to the formation of precipitation products with uniform particle size.关键词
