摘要

Abstract

Catalytic oxidation is one of the promising technologies for the degradation of volatile organic compounds.Catalyst is the core of catalytic oxidation technology.Halloysite has a wide range of sources,excellent performance,and excellent conditions as a carrier.In this paper,a halloysite-bimetal composite material for the degradation of vola-tile organic compounds toluene was prepared by using halloysite as the carrier and Pd-Au bimetallic as the active com-ponent,and its catalytic degradation effect on toluene was investigated.The results show that the catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance and stability due to the synergistic effect of Pd and Au bimetals.The Pd8Au2/A-Hal catalyst can completely convert toluene to CO2 and H2O at 190℃.After 24 h,the catalytic performance did not decrease significantly,and it had good reusability.
