摘要

Abstract

Coal gasification slag(CGS)is a solid waste produced in the process of coal gasification.The treatment method is mainly based on storage,which poses a great threat to the ecological environment and human health.This paper took CGS as raw material,discussed the preparation of aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC)by acid dissolution,the preparation of water glass by alkali dissolution of acid slag,and the preparation of coal activated carbon by alkali slag.The results show that the primary acid leaching solution can obtain products that meet the requirements of HG/T 5566-2019"water treatment agent aluminum ferric chloride"through decalcification-oxidation-concentration,and recover calcium in the form of high-quality calcium sulfate,but the concentration amount is large and the energy con-sumption is high.PAFC was directly prepared by cyclic acid dissolution.When the amount of acid was 1.15 times of the theoretical acid consumption,PAFC products with alumina mass fraction of 8.18%and total iron mass fraction of 2.43%could be obtained after two cycles of acid dissolution.The mass fraction of SiO2 in the ash of acid slag is more than 92%.According to the characteristics of high amorphous silicon oxide content,water glass is prepared by direct alkali dissolution,and then concentrated to meet the requirements of L-280-41 qualified products in GB/T 4209-2022"industrial sodium silicate",which can be used to prepare aerogels.The alkali residue can be obtained to meet the first-class product requirements of T/QGCML 205-2021"activated carbon for advanced wastewater treatment"by removing impurities and carbon enrichment and CO2 activation.
