Research Progress on Sugarcane Seedling Production and Processing Technology
摘要
Abstract
By reviewing the latest domestic and international advances in sugarcane seedling treatment technologies,summarizing the breeding technology of virus-free sugarcane seedlings that provides high-quality seed sources for large-scale field production.This study systematically reviews virus-free seedling propagation through meristem culture and seed-cane treatment technologies.It begins by outlining the critical role of meristem culture in production of virus-free seedlings,followed by an analysis of the selection criteria for high-quality seed cane,then focuses on various seed-cane treatment techniques,such as physical(hot water,ultrasound,etc.),chemical(fungicides,insecticides,plant growth regulators),biological(microbial agents,botanical extracts)methods,and their regulatory effects on germination,growth,and stress resistance.The aim of this review is to provide insights into the optimization and innovation of sugarcane seedling propagation and seed-cane treatment technologies,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the sugarcane industry.关键词
