云南丘陵山地甘蔗机械化收获瓶颈与发展对策研究
Research on the Bottlenecks and Development Strategies of Mechanized Sugarcane Harvesting in the Hilly and Mountainous Areas of Yunnan

Abstract
As a major sugarcane-producing region in China,Yunnan's enhancement of mechanization in sugarcane production is of significant importance for strengthening the industry's competitiveness and ensuring the security of sugar supply.However,due to the complex topography of its hilly and mountainous areas and the low rate of mechanized harvesting,the development of sugarcane mechanization faces multiple bottlenecks.Based on the current status of mechanized sugarcane harvesting in Yunnan's hilly regions,this paper systematically analyzes key existing problems.These include the insufficiency of cutting-and-laying machinery adapted to hilly terrain,the lack of management techniques for ratoon sugarcane post-mechanical harvesting,and the lag in equipment for comprehensive utilization and disposal of sugarcane leaves.In response to these issues,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:accelerating the R&D of cutting-and-laying machines and supporting equipment suitable for hilly lands;improving the technical system for efficient ratoon sugarcane management;exploring technological and equipment innovations for the resource utilization of sugarcane leaves;and establishing a mechanized harvesting service model centered on sugar refining enterprises.Through technological innovation,policy support,and industrial collaboration,it aims to promote the comprehensive development of mechanized sugarcane harvesting in Yunnan.This will provide a demonstration pathway for agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas,while simultaneously supporting the green and high-quality development of the sugarcane industry.关键词
