Preparation of Cellulose Aerogel@ZIF-8 and Its Application in Cellulase Immobilization

Abstract
Cellulose aerogel,as an environmentally friendly and multifunctional material,was utilized in this study to develop an efficient composite carrier for cellulase immobilization.Using microcrystalline cellulose as the raw material,cellulose aerogel was fabricated through processes including ultrasonic dispersion,cross-linking,and freeze-drying.Subsequently,a cellulose aerogel@ZIF-8 composite with a high specific surface area was constructed via the coordination of zinc sulfate and 2-methylimidazole in an aqueous phase,forming a metal-organic framework(MOF)based material for cellulase immobilization.The preparation conditions of the aerogel and the parameters for cellulase immobilization were optimized through single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests.The optimal immobilization conditions were determined as follows:glutaraldehyde dosage of 0.5 mL,cross-linking time of 4 h,and ultrasonic time of 25 min.Under these conditions,the immobilized cellulase activity reached 86.135 U/mg.This study provides a novel strategy for the efficient recovery and reuse of cellulase,demonstrating significant theoretical and practical value.关键词
