《傅青主女科》中车前子的应用探析
Application analysis of Plantaginis Semen in Fu Qing-zhu's Treatise on Gynecology
摘要
Abstract
Plantaginis Semen,classified as a damp-draining diuretic,demonstrates characteristic combination application as illustrated by case studies of diagnosis and treatment in Fu Qing-zhu's Treatise on Gynecology(Fù Qīng Zhŭ Nǚ Kē).When combined with yang-assisting and blood-tonic medicinal,it helps promote urination mildly without harming the essential qi;when combined with tonifying medicinal,it helps secure the essence and blood,and is able to tonify the heart and the spleen by nourishing water to moisten wood;when combined with qi-tonifying medicinal,it helps the spleen yang to ascend and clear,as well as remove dampness and eliminate turbid.Plantaginis Semen primar-ily functions to promote urination and drain dampness,also possessing the effects of clearing heat,draining dampness,improving vision,and expelling phlegm,especially excelling in the treatment of gynecological diseases with water-dampness syndromes.Fu Qing-zhu skillfully employs Plantaginis Semen,harnessing its diverse therapeutic effects through processing of medicines,compatibility,and dose adjustment.关键词
