Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period represents China's transition from nuclear power to nuclear great power,concurrently marking a period of heightened pressure and critical opportunity for nuclear safety and radioactive pollution prevention.Building upon a systematic review of nuclear safety progress during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,this paper assesses challenges posed by large-scale development,complex risks,and intensified strategic competition.It proposes preliminary research directions and recommendations for the 15th Five-Year Plan.关键词
