摘要

Abstract

Using a photoresponsive group,cinnamic acid,to modify carboxymethyl chitosan(O-CMC-CA)as the shell material and N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide(DEET)as the core material,photo-controlled sustained-release DEET nanocapsules were prepared via an ionic gelation method.The photo-controlled release properties and high retention effects of the nanocapsules under light irradiation were investigated.The morphology of the nanocapsules was observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the chemical structure of the shell material was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the preparation of the shell material was confirmed using an ultraviolet-visible spectrometer(UV-vis).The encapsulation efficiency and DEET release amount were determined,the stability of the shell material was evaluated with thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and the particle size and zeta potential of the nanocapsules were measured using a nanoparticle size and zeta potential analyzer.The results showed that the nanocapsules prepared by the ionic gelation method exhibited a regular square morphology with a particle size ranging from 100 to 250 nm.After 30 minutes of simulated sunlight irradiation,the 24-hour release rate of the nanocapsules increased to 10.4%,with a retention rate of 89.6%,indicating that the nanocapsules can achieve photo-controlled release while maintaining DEET stability.
