摘要
Abstract
Data on the experiences of supervising local nuclear and radiation safety were collected from mul-tiple provinces during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Problems and shortcomings were analyzed,leading to the preliminary proposal of six major measures to strengthen local nuclear and radiation safety supervision during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.These measures included improving the regulatory framework and standards for nuclear and radiation safety,strengthening of regulations and safety mechanisms,reinforcing the baseline for risk prevention,improving environmental monitoring,enhancing emergency response capa-bilities,and increasing the level of social co-governance for nuclear and radiation safety.关键词
