摘要

Abstract

The 15th Five-Year Plan period is a critical period for our country to promote high-quality development in an all-round way,and as a national security barrier and strategic resource location,the nuclear and radiation safety work in the border areas is facing increasingly complex geopolitical environment and development needs.Taking Xinjiang as a typical case,this paper systematically discusses the overall ideas and key tasks of the 15th Five-Year Plan for nuclear and radiation safety in our country's border areas on the basis of sorting out the results and challenges of its 14th Five-Year Plan.The study believes that the planning of border areas should realize a profound transformation from traditional risk prevention to serve the national strategy,and adhere to the principle of system concept and prevention.Accordingly,this paper suggests that systematic deployment should be made from the aspects of strengthening active risk prevention,improving full-chain supervision,innovating regional coordination mechanisms,and consolidating grassroots governance capabilities.The research results aim to provide a decision-making reference for the preparation of relevant plans for our country's border areas,and to ensure the stability and high-quality development of the frontier with high-level nuclear and radiation security.
