Research on the Impact of Embedding Into Core Enterprise Supply Chain Networks on the Innovation Capability of"Specialized,Refined,Unique,and Innovative"Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract
"specialized,refined,unique and innovative"small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in im-proving the resilience of China's industrial and supply chains.From the perspective of supply chain spillover,it takes the"speciali-zed,refined,unique and innovative"small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the A-share market from 2014 to 2024 as the research object.It empirically examines the impact and mechanism of supply chain spillover effects along the core enterprise on the innovation capability of"specialized,refined,unique and innovative"small and medium-sized enterprises.Research has found that embedding core enterprise supply chain networks significantly enhances the innovation capabilities of"specialized,refined,unique and innovative"small and medium-sized enterprises,and the conclusion still holds after a series of tests;from the perspec-tive of impact mechanisms,the knowledge spillover effect along the core enterprise supply chain network has a dual impact on the innovation capability of"specialized,refined,unique,and innovative"enterprises.It promotes the depth of enterprise innovation while limiting the breadth of innovation.The scale effect mechanism mainly plays a positive enabling role;further research has found that when the enterprises have higher human capital,are non-state-owned holding enterprises,and belong to technology capital intensive industries,the innovation spillover effect is more significant.关键词
