平台经济对"专精特新"中小企业技术创新的影响研究
The Impact of the Platform Economy on Technological Innovation of SRDI SMEs

Abstract
Based on the resource-based view and digital innovation theory,this study employs panel data from 31 Chinese provinces(2013～2024)and constructs a ZINB Regression model to systematically investigate the mechanisms through which plat-form economy influences technological innovation in SRDI SMEs.Key findings include:Platform economy significantly promotes en-terprise innovation through resource integration,demand responsiveness,and knowledge spillover,with heterogeneous regional effects:western regions exhibit improved innovation capacity,eastern regions focus on stimulating innovation participation,while northeastern regions show inhibitory effects.Technology market development facilitates technological element circulation but creates innovation-suppressing effects through external technology dependence.Income level enhancement positively transmits innovation willingness via demand upgrading mechanisms.Differential dimensional effects exist:infrastructure investment and output level drive innovation by lowering entry barriers and forcing technological iteration,while operational scale expansion may inhibit innova-tion efficiency.It is recommended to implement differentiated regional empowerment strategies,improve the technology market regu-lation system,optimize the income distribution mechanism,and strengthen dimensional controls for platform economy,thereby pro-viding theoretical support for optimizing the technological innovation ecosystem of SMEs in the context of the digital economy.关键词
