"双碳"背景下的固/危废处置及资源化路径探讨
Discussion on the path of solid/hazardous waste disposal and resource utilization under the background of the"dual carbon"goals

Abstract
Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality are major decision made by the Chinese government to address global climate change and achieve green and sustainable development.A large amount of solid waste(SW)and hazardous waste(HW)are generated annually in China,and their harmless disposal and resource utilization are key links to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving the"dual carbon"goals.Currently,the SW/HW treatment process in China still faces significant carbon emission pressure.Through a comprehensive analysis of the technical system for SW/HW treatment and resource utilization,the carbon emission issues in each link were thoroughly explored.Carbon emission reduction implementation paths were systematically proposed from aspects such as cleaner production,circular economy,material recovery,energy recovery and regeneration,final disposal,energy conservation,carbon removal,and non-fossil energy substitution.Not only a theoretical basis was provided for optimizing the SW/HW treatment,disposal,and resource utilization technologies in China,but also technical references were offered for promoting carbon emission reduction strategies in SW/HW disposal and resource utilization under the"dual carbon"goals in China.关键词
