Research on the Pathways for Enhancing the Resilience of Regional Innovation Ecosystem

Abstract
Enhancing the resilience of regional innovation ecosystems is a crucial strategy for addressing external disruptions and driving high-quality economic development.This study examines 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2013 to 2024,employing the TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)framework and integrating Necessary Con-dition Analysis(NCA)with dynamic Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)to explore the paths and spatiotemporal evolution of resilience enhancement.The results indicate that no single antecedent condition constitutes a necessary condition for high regional innovation ecosystem resilience,but industry-academia-research collaboration and market environment are important conditions driving regional innovation ecosystem resilience enhancement;there are four configuration paths to achieve high resilience in regio-nal innovation ecosystems,which can be categorized into two types:"organization-environment"and"technology-organization-environment",and under specific circumstances,there exists a certain degree of substitution between different antecedent condi-tions;In the temporal dimension,the explanatory power of each configuration for the outcomes exhibits strong robustness,while in the spatial dimension,the average coverage within each configuration shows certain regional differences.This study reveals the com-plex mechanisms for enhancing the resilience of regional innovation ecosystems from a configuration perspective,providing valuable insights for localities to enhance resilience in accordance with their local contexts.关键词
