我国一般工业固体废物综合利用现状与对策研究
Research on the current situation and countermeasures of comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid wastes in China
摘要
Abstract
It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of general industrial solid waste for improving the environment and promoting social development.Multi-dimensional data on the comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste in China were collected and sorted out.The current situation of comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste in China in recent years,as well as its regional and industrial characteristics and influencing factors,were comprehensively analyzed.The existing problems in the comprehensive utilization of solid waste in China at the current stage were identified,including insufficient utilization and treatment capacity,imperfect market system,shortcomings in the management system,weak legal foundation,and lack of public awareness of solid waste management.Strategies and suggestions were put forward,such as coordinately improving treatment capacity,strengthening the construction of the market system,enhancing the level of refined management,improving the legal system,and increasing publicity efforts.关键词
