Abstract
Deepening the comprehensive integration and development of oil and gas with new energy is of significant importance for advancing the construction of a new energy system and a new power system,as well as for ensuring the safe and stable supply of energy.The 15th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical phase for China to accelerate its energy transition.Promoting the integration and development of oil and gas as well as new energy serves as an important pathway to facilitate the consumption of new energy,drive the green and low-carbon transformation of oil and gas enterprises,and establish a diversified and complementary energy supply system.This paper systematically examines the multiple advantages and application scenarios that oil and gas enterprises possess in supporting the development of new energy,highlights the progress in the construction of green and low carbon oil and gas fields,construction of green and low carbon chemical industrial parks,and integrated low carbon transition from upstream,midstream to downstream achieved in the integration of oil and gas with new energy through representative cases,analyzes the challenges faced in terms of grid carrying capacity,economic feasibility of new technologies,and industrial barriers,and proposes the suggestions of top-level design and planning,upgrading of oilfield power grids,synergistic development of pipeline networks,technological innovation and application,and multi-stakeholder collaboration to promote the integration and development of oil&gas as well as new energy.关键词
