膨润土协同水泥注浆法在环境治理工程中的应用
Application of bentonite-coordinated cement grouting method in environmental improvement projects

Abstract
Blocking the migration pathways of heavy metals from landfills to groundwater is crucial for protecting groundwater resources and mitigating environmental risks.An informal landfill site in the North China Plain was selected as the research subject,and a bentonite-coordinated cement grouting method was employed at the pilot-scale site.After 28 days,the anti-seepage effect of grouting was evaluated by water injection tests and core sample comparisons.The results showed that a horizontal water-stop curtain could be formed in the sandy pebble stratum after grouting a mixture of water,PC42.5 cement and bentonite(ratio of 7.0∶5.0∶2.8),through grouting hole pipes with an inner diameter of 20 mm,into holes with both row and column spacing of 2.50 m.The permeability coefficient of the water-stop curtain was higher than that of natural aquitards such as silty soil and silty clay.The impermeable top plate of the aquifer was successfully restored by the water-stop curtain,and the migration pathway of heavy metals from the landfill to groundwater was effectively blocked.The application of this technology in landfill environmental improvement realized the replacement of excavation with blocking,and remediation time and costs were significantly saved.Significant environmental,economic,and social benefits were achieved,and it has broad popularization and application value.关键词
