Abstract
Drawing on data regarding wind and solar energy resources,policy orientation,and market demand in the Ordos Basin,this paper analyzes the advantages for hydrogen energy development in the Changqing oilfield,including resource endowment,regional policies,market demand,and process support by employing whole-life energy consumption analysis and scenario substitution rate assessment,identifies ten key scenarios involving drilling,fracking,and hydrogen-powered trucks,and screens out priority scenarios for hydrogen substitution as well as those with the greatest carbon emission reduction potential.The cost of hydrogen storage and transportation,along with the adaptability to dynamic consumption scenarios,constitutes the bottleneck restricting the scale of hydrogen substitution.It proposes a development pathway as prioritizing breakthroughs in low-cost hydrogen"transportation-to-use"bottlenecks and constructing a full"production-storage-transmission-transportation-utilization"hydrogen industry chain by stages,and upgrading technology systems for hydrogen storage,transportation,and green hydrogen production and storage.Changqing oilfield can gradually realize the development of a complete hydrogen energy industry chain but need to resolve hydrogen transport and storage challenges in decentralized scenarios preferentially.关键词
