中国液化天然气冷能利用情况及相关思考
LNG cold energy utilization in China:a comparative study with Japan and South Korea
摘要
Abstract
In Japan and South Korea,the utilization of LNG cold energy has evolved through two distinct phases:an initial period of independent development and a policy-driven stage.In the latter phase,its application has gradually shifted from traditional fields such as cryogenic power generation,air separation,and low-temperature storage toward high-end domains including liquid hydrogen production,cryogenic carbon capture,and data center cooling.Although LNG cold energy utilization is also advancing in China,several challenges as insufficient policy support and integrated planning due to its low share in the energy mix,the mismatch between the intermittent supply of LNG cold energy and continuous demand,and a relatively lagging level of cold energy technology persist.It is recommended to leverage the advantages of global LNG resources and China's LNG receiving terminal infrastructure to steadily promote the utilization of LNG cold energy,further refine China's policy framework for LNG cold energy utilization,advance its comprehensive application tailored to local conditions,establish regional integrated energy systems to flexibly balance the supply-demand contradiction of LNG cold energy,and strengthen cooperation with Japan and South Korea to accelerate technological innovation in LNG cold energy utilization.关键词
