Abstract
The embankment in Longmen County Seat was constructed at an early time.A risk and hazard analysis was conducted based on the current situation,revealing that there are problems such as low flood control standards,poor engineering quality,incomplete embankment closure,low stability of the embankment slope and the retaining wall,and low drainage standard of the culverts along the river.To address the problems of hidden hazard,the measures such as reinforcing the stone masonry retaining wall,building the soil embankment slope and new retaining walls were implemented.The existing culverts were demolished and high-standard drainage sluices were constructed.By reinforcing the embankments and rebuilding the drainage sluices,the flood discharge safety of the river and the landscape along the river have been improved.These measures have provided the experience reference for the improvement of flood protection safety of similar urban embankments.关键词
