濒危植物元宝山冷杉不同龄级遗传多样性评估
Genetic Diversity Assessments of Endangered Plant Abies yuanbaoshanensis at Different Age Classes

Abstract
In order to explore change rule of genetic diversity on time scale of endangered plant Abies yuan-baoshanensis and provide basis for formulation of conservation strategies and rational utilization of resources,SSR molecular marker was used to analyze genetic diversities and genetic structures of A.yuanbaoshanensis wild groups at different age classes(seedling,small tree,middle tree and old tree).Results showed that a total of 25 alleles were detected by six pairs of primers,and average Na,Ne,I,Ho,He and PIC were 4.167,2.129,0.854,0.468,0.494 and 0.493 respectively.A.yuanbaoshanensis groups at four age classes showed low degrees of ge-netic diversity.Old tree group had the highest genetic diversity,and seedling group had the lowest genetic diver-sity.Population showed significant decrease trend.Among groups at four age classes,there were moderate ge-netic differentiation(Fst=0.105)and frequent gene exchange(Nm>1.000).AMOVA results showed that genetic variation in A.yuanbaoshanensis population mainly derived from groups within age classes(91%).Isolated dis-tribution might be main reason for endangered status of A.yuanbaoshanensis.Combination of in situ protection and artificial breeding should be taken to protect genetic diversity of A.yuanbaoshanensis and alleviate its en-dangered status.关键词
