咪唑烟酸治理互花米草对北部湾滨海湿地土壤生态化学计量特征的影响
Effects of Using Imazapyr to Control Spartina alternifloraon Soil Ecological Stoichiometric Characteristics in Coastal Wetland of Beibu Gulf

Abstract
In order to understand effects of using imazapyr to control Spartina alterniflora on soil in coastal wet-land of Beibu Gulf,Guangxi and provide basis for scientific control of S.alterniflora in Beibu Gulf,in typical S.alterniflora invaded areas of Beibu Gulf,sample plots of using imazapyr to control S.alterniflora with differ-ent imazapyr concentrations were set,which were 11.940(L1),14.925(L2)and 17.910(L3)respectively,and sample plot with no imazapyr was set as control(L0).Changes of soil chemical properties and ecological stoi-chiometric characteristics and their relationships were analyzed after imazapyr treatments.Results showed that control efficiencies of S.alterniflora were 100%in imazapyr treatments with different concentrations on 120th days after experiment.On 120th days after experiment,pH of L0 treatment was significantly higher than that be-fore experiment,which was significantly lower in L1 treatment and had no significant differences in L2 and L3 treatments.Compared with L0 treatment,contents of total phosphorus in L1-L3 treatments,contents of total po-tassium in L2 and L3 treatments,content of available phosphorus in L1 treatment and content of ammonium ni-trogen in L2 treatment exhibited significant loss phenomena on 120th days after experiment.Contents of total phosphorus and total nitrogen were primary environmental factors influencing ecological stoichiometric ratios,which played crucial roles in soil nutrient balance.On 120th days after experiment,soil C∶N in L1-L3 treat-ments were 20.15,17.97,18.51 and 17.03 respectively,all of which were higher than national average C∶N(14.35)for surface soils(0-10 cm).From before experiment to 120th days after experiment,soil N∶P in L0-L3 treatments were significantly lower than national average N∶P(9.30)for surface soils(0-10 cm),indicating that soil in this region was nitrogen-limited.Using imazapyr to control S.alterniflora had certain effects on soil pH,nutrient contents and ecological stoichiometric characteristics in coastal wetlands of Beibu Gulf,which were relatively minor.After using imazapyr to control S.alterniflora,it should be monitored continuously for changes of soil pH,nitrogen and phosphorus.It was recommended to replant native mangrove plants timely.关键词
