光肩星天牛诱导北美红枫挥发物变化及其嗅觉响应
Volatile Substance Change of Acer rubrum Induced by Anoplophora glabripennis and Its Olfactory Response

Abstract
Anoplophora glabripennis is trunk-boring pest with great harmfulness,which is main pest infected Ac-er rubrum.In order to clarify selection relationship between A.glabripennis and A.rubrum and provide reference for development of attractants and repellents for A.glabripennis,by headspace collection method and gas chro-matography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),components and contents of volatile substances in A.rubrum branch-es before and after A.glabripennis feeding were determined and olfactory responses of A.glabripennis for ten compounds were measured by Y-tube olfactometer.Compounds with significantly attractive or repulsive effects on A.glabripennis were selected.Results showed that fifty-nine compounds were detected in A.rubrum healthy branches,among which neral and 1-Butanol,3-methyl-,acetate were specific.Fifty-eight compounds were de-tected in A.rubrum infected branches,among which(Z)-3-Hexenal was specific.Both A.glabripennis female and male adults showed attractive responses for(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol,α-Pinene and(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol,acetate,which showed repulsive responses for(3E)-4,8-Dimethylnona-1,3,7-triene,camphene and(E)-2-Hexenal.Fe-male adults showed significant attractive responses for nonanal.The highest response rates of female and male adults were 100%,and the lowest response rates were 38.00%and 24.00%respectively.Both female and male adults showed 100%response rates and attraction rates to(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol,acetate.After infested by A.gla-bripennis,components and contents of volatile substance in A.rubrum branches changed and there were specific compounds.Relative contents of(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol and(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol,acetate in volatile substance in in-fected branches were significantly higher than those in healthy branches,both of which showed significant attrac-tive effects on A.glabripennismale and female adults.关键词
