广西桂林市疫木伐桩传播松材线虫病风险分析
Risk Analysis on Pine Wilt Disease Spread via Stumps of Diseased Woods in Guilin,Guangxi

Abstract
Diseased wood treatment is core measure in current prevention and control of pine wilt disease(PWD),among which stump treatment is important part with relatively complex treatment procedures and high cost.In order to evaluate risk of PWD spread via stumps and explore safer and simpler stump treatment mea-sures,investigations on Monochamus alternatus invading and analysis on population dynamics of Bursaphelen-chus xylophilus in stumps in three PWD affected areas in Guilin were conducted.Results showed that in two years of investigation,M.alternatus larval invading and adult emergence were not detected in all stumps,which showed that stumps with height less than 5 cm were not conducive to invading and breeding of M.alternatus,and risk of PWD spread was lower.Additional treatments were not necessary for low stumps.Nematodes were identified in stumps,including B.xylophilus,Bursaphelenchus mucronatus and other nematodes.Detection rate of B.xylophilus in stumps was 33.33%,which were found from one to six months after diseased wood cutting and number of which decreased with increase of time.In five and six months after diseased wood cutting,detec-tion rates of B.xylophilus were 5.56%.B.xylophilus might exhibit competitive interactions with other nema-todes.Screening dominant species from other nematodes could provide theoretical and practical foundations for biological control of PWD.关键词
