Abstract
To reduce the construction costs of community energy storage,it proposes a shared energy storage-community bi-level opti-mization model based on complementarity degree.Firstly,it conducts a comparative analysis of load complementarity degrees among three community combinations in a district of Changsha.Subsequently,it selects the community combination with optimal complemen-tarity degree to establish a shared energy storage-based bi-level optimization model.The upper-level model aims to minimize the plan-ning costs of the energy storage station,while the lower-level model seeks to reduce the electricity costs for communities.It applies the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions to convert the bi-level optimization problem into a single-layer mixed-integer linear program-ming(MILP)problem for solution.Finally,a comparative analysis of different energy storage configuration methods reveals that the proposed approach significantly reduces the shared energy storage station's configuration costs,achieving a win-win outcome for both communities and the storage facility.关键词
