摘要

Abstract

In order to screen superior germplasm materials for Castanopsis fissa breeding and production in Guangxi,growth traits of seventy-one 5-year-old progeny half-sib families of C.fissa superior trees and one control were determined,and genetic analysis on growth traits and selection of superior families and individuals were conducted.Results showed that average DBH,tree height and individual volume of seventy-two families were 11.83 cm,10.09 m and 0.066 m3 respectively.Average annual growths of DBH,tree height and individual volume were 2.37 cm,2.02 m and 0.013 m3 respectively,with average coefficients of variation 23.14%,16.56% and 50.96% respectively,average genetic gains 6.03%,3.19%and 17.24% respectively,average realistic gains 9.01%,6.08%and 25.73%respectively.Family heritabilities of DBH,tree height and individual volume were 0.669 3,0.524 0 and 0.669 9 respectively,individual heritabilities of which were 0.320 1,0.300 1 and 0.348 7 respectively.Seven superior families were selected,with average DBH,tree height and individual volume of 13.16 cm,10.96 m and 0.084 m3 respectively.Average annual growths of DBH,tree height and individual vol-ume of seven superior families were 2.63 cm,2.19 m and 0.017 m3 respectively,with average genetic gains 14.28%,8.03% and 41.49%respectively,average realistic gains 21.33%,15.33% and 61.93% respectively.Thirteen superior individuals were selected,with average DBH,tree height and individual volume of 18.82 cm,13.48 m and 0.187 m3respectively.Average annual growths of DBH,tree height and individual volume of thir-teen superior individuals were 3.76 cm,2.70 m and 0.037 m3 respectively,with average genetic gains 23.48%,12.55%and 90.12%respectively.
