Abstract

Under the dual carbon goals,the widespread integration of electric vehicles and distributed renewable energy sources in-creasingly highlight the role of virtual power plants within the electricity system.However,conflicts of interest between operators and users,uncertainties in electricity markets,and the fluctuating output of renewable energy pose significant challenges to their sustain-able operation.To address this,it develops a two-layer economic dispatch model for virtual power plants based on Stackelberg games to achieve coordination among all entities within complex uncertain environments.Firstly,the upper layer,led by the virtual power plant operator,optimizes controllable units'output and pricing strategies while accounting for demand response uncertainties and tiered carbon trading constraints.Secondly,the lower layer,comprising industrial users and electric vehicle clusters as followers,dynami-cally adjusts consumption behavior in response to price signals.Finally,sensitivity analysis identifies the optimal benchmark electrici-ty price level for this scenario.Employing the Yalmip tool with the CPLEX solver and integrating the Q-learning-based differential evo-lution algorithm for optimization,the results validate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
