种植密度对地稔生长与药用成分的影响
Effects of Planting Density on Growth and Medicinal Component of Melastoma dodecandrum

Abstract
In order to investigate suitable planting density for Melastoma dodecandrum artificial cultivation,four planting spacing were set(10 cm×10 cm,20 cm×20 cm,30 cm×30 cm and 40 cm×40 cm).Growth indicators of M.dodecandrum such as branch number,main stem length and branch length at different planting densities were determined,and contents of five medicinal components of M.dodecandrum at different planting densities were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,which were comparatively analyzed.Results showed that planting density significantly affected growth and medicinal component content of M.dodecandrum.As planting density decreased,branch number per plant,main stem length per plant,branch length per plant,leaf number per plant,single leaf area,leaf chlorophyll content and contents of five medicinal components gradu-ally increased,while leaf area index and yield gradually decreased.Comprehensively considering yield and qual-ity of medicinal material,suitable planting density for M.dodecandrum artificial cultivation was planting spacing 20 cm×20 cm,corresponding to 250000 plants per hectare.关键词
