广西古树名木资源与分布特征
Resource and Distribution Characteristics of Old and Notable Trees in Guangxi

Abstract
Guangxi is rich in old and notable trees.It could provide scientific basis for resource management and protection of old and notable trees to analyze resource and distribution characteristics.Based on data from second census and supplementary survey of old and notable trees in Guangxi from 2016 to 2025,species compo-sition,protection class,age structure,growth condition and spatial distribution characteristic of old and notable trees in Guangxi were analyzed.Results showed that there were 156 616 old and notable trees in Guangxi,be-longing to 683 species in 296 genera and 88 families,with native species being majority.Numbers of Cinnamo-mum camphora,Dimocarpus longan and Liquidambar formosana were more.Number of old and notable trees showed trend of first increasing and then decreasing with increase of age.Number of third-class old trees was the most,followed by quasi-old trees.Ownership was predominantly collective-owned.Old and notable trees mainly grew on village streets and remote outskirts.89.14%of old and notable trees were in good growth condi-tions,and third-class old and quasi-old trees were in better conditions than first-class and second-class old trees.Overall growth environments of old and notable trees were good.Old and notable trees in scenic and his-toric areas had the best growth potentials,which in urban areas had the worst.Spatial distribution of old and no-table trees showed regional differences and obvious aggregation.Number of old and notable trees in Guilin was the most,followed by Chongzuo and Wuzhou.关键词
