高质量发展视域下职教本科学生核心素养培养体系及路径研究
Research on the Core Competence Cultivation System and Path for Vocational Undergraduate Students from the Perspective of High-Quality Development

Abstract
At the critical stage of China's economic and social transformation towards high-quality development,vocational undergraduate education serves as an important carrier connecting vocational education and higher education.Its core mission is to cultivate compound talents with both"high-level technical skills"and"comprehensive development potential".Core competencies are the key support for vocational undergraduate students to adapt to the needs of industrial upgrading and achieve lifelong development.Based on the core requirements of high-quality development for technical and skilled talents,this paper defines the connotation and constituent dimensions of the core competencies of vocational undergraduate students,constructs a cultivation system of"value guidance-core competencies-competency integration",and proposes operational cultivation paths from five dimensions:curriculum reform,practical teaching,faculty development,evaluation mechanism,and industry-education integration.This provides theoretical reference and practical paradigm for vocational undergraduate colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral integrity and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.关键词
