基于横向科研项目的职业本科院校学生科创能力培养模式探究
Exploration of the Cultivation Model of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability for Vocational Undergraduate Students Based on Horizontal Scientific Research Projects

Abstract
Under the background of deepening the comprehensive reform of education and fully promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,vocational education has become the key to building a strong country in education,science and technology and talent.Whether vocational undergraduate students can be trained into high-level technical and skilled talents with scientific and technological innovation ability directly determines the quality of two-way empowerment of education and industry.However,the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation capabilities in vocational undergraduate colleges still faces four major challenges:the integration of industry and education is not deep enough;scientific research and teaching are not integrated yet;there is insufficient connection between scientific research and industry;the evaluation system for scientific and technological innovation capabilities suffers from missing dimensions.To this end,relying on the practical and application-oriented characteristics of horizontal scientific research projects,a scientific and technological innovation capability training model of"project driven school enterprise collaboration research feedback"is systematically constructed.Through curriculum system reconstruction,dual mentor system implementation,practical platform construction,and evaluation mechanism optimization,students can transition from"being able to operate"to"being able to innovate",providing replicable practical experience for vocational undergraduate students to explore the new paradigm of"integrating science and education"in education.关键词
