The Shift in Motivation for Students to Participate in Vocational Undergraduate Curriculum Reform:from the Perspective of Postmodern Knowledge View

Abstract
The primary task of curriculum reform is to promote the comprehensive development of students,and it is common for student participation to be insufficient.Based on the PEST-O analysis model,this paper analyzes the sources of motivation for vocational undergraduate curriculum reform from five aspects:political,economic,social,technological,and organizational factors.It discusses the current problems in vocational undergraduate curriculum reform from four aspects:the hegemony of internal and external stakeholders,insufficient attention to student participation,lack of awareness and ability among students,and inadequate social security.Guided by a postmodern view of knowledge,the future requires six strategies:reconstructing curriculum goals,integrating curriculum content,innovating teaching methods,strengthening practical orientation,optimizing guarantee mechanisms,and dynamically adapting with continuous iteration.This aims to shift the dynamics of vocational undergraduate curriculum reform,constructing a curriculum ecosystem centered on the comprehensive development of students,oriented towards serving and supporting industrial needs,supported by digitization,and characterized by openness,dynamism,and collaboration.关键词
