Abstract
Under the background of deep integration between advanced manufacturing and modern service,the cultivation of high-quality intelligent logistics talents faces new challenges.Based on national policy guidance and industrial development trends,this paper focuses on the reform of talent cultivation models in higher vocational education and constructs a"Five-Chain Empowerment and Three-Stage Geese Formation"talent training system for the intelligent logistics major.By integrating the post chain,curriculum chain,competition chain,culture chain and innovation chain,a closed-loop talent development path is established.Relying on the three-tiered"Golden Ear-Green Sprout-Premium Seed"geese formation structure,the model promotes students'phased and hierarchical growth.Combined with the multi-dimensional performance evaluation system based on students'smart growth profiles,comprehensive effectiveness assessment is carried out.This model has effectively enhanced students'professional competence,overall quality and employment competitiveness,while also promoting teacher development and specialty construction.It has further strengthened the depth of industry-education integration and provided a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for the high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
