Abstract
Based on the dynamic adjustment method of enthalpy increase deviation,the boiler operating conditions change due to in-ternal and external disturbances of the unit,which makes it difficult to respond quickly and accurately.This often leads to problems such as untimely or inaccurate calibration of operating parameters.The intermediate point enthalpy is a key parameter reflecting the in-ternal steam water separation and heat transfer status of the boiler.By accurately correcting this parameter,any factors that may affect the stability of the boiler can be detected and adjusted in a timely manner,ensuring the stable,safe,and efficient operation of the boiler under different loads.Therefore,it proposes a method for correcting the intermediate point enthalpy in a 1000 MW ultra super-critical boiler based on the conservation of mass and energy.It constructs a dynamic operation model of the boiler.By accurately cal-culating key parameters such as feedwater flow rate,main steam flow rate,and heat absorbed by the working fluid from the outside,it selects the steam water separator outlet separator as the middle position of the boiler,which is the key monitoring point,to accurately monitor the enthalpy value of micro superheated steam.Taking into account the influence of the flow rate of the desuperheating water in the superheater,it obtains the intermediate point enthalpy of the separator outlet through calculation and correction.To ensure accu-rate correction of the intermediate point enthalpy,it takes the enthalpy increase of the water-cooled wall as the key monitoring indica-tor.It dynamically adjusts the fuel supply and water supply based on the enthalpy increase deviation,while the coal water ratio and cooling water flow rate are adjusted accordingly to achieve dynamic correction of the intermediate point enthalpy.The experimental re-sults show that the proposed research method can perform well in terms of enthalpy control accuracy,enthalpy fluctuation range,and enthalpy correction speed,improving the operational economy of the boiler system and the overall efficiency of the boiler.关键词
